Hair cuts?

Hey, well im going to get my haircut soon.

I have long medium/light brownish sort of hair almost down to my hips.

Any good pics of layered hair, no shorter than a little longer than the shoulders. (Sorry, if i confused you LOL.) And If you want, you can also include some good pics for highlights.? Thanks a bunch!!!!!
