This lady that did my hair, I had never tried before did my perm to make my hair great, and it was before my junior high dance. A few days later I notice parts of my hair missing like looking under my layers, and my edges are shorter than other parts of my hair, and i have split ends and blah blah blah, I can hide them pretty well but I'm taking hair growth skin and nail pills and vitamin C pills and everything to make my hair grow faster, because my hair was short n e way but longer than this and it got me upset.

If she's a professional at a beauty shop, you should go to her and complain about the chemical breakage of your hair. This was DEFINITELY a BAD perm experience for you and I have a friend who wen through the same thing and she complained and got free extensions in place of the chemically burnt and broke off hair put in for FREE by the lady who ruined hers until it grew out in place of a law suit.
