If you have an oval face, you can do short cuts and longer cuts, so don't worry about it, i think it will look good. If your going to dye it blonde too, just be careful of how light you go.

Oval is ideal in my world that is hair! You can go for any look pretty much and it would look great, but the only way to know is to try. Get it chopped and see how nice it looks on you(remember it'll grow back).
