I had long brown hair to my mid back and for some reason decided to cut it, now its shoulder length and I feel like a little girl.

im in the same situation as you i had long hair and then i dont know why i all of a sudden went short, i guess i thought it would be easier to manage my hair but really its harder cause i dont know what to do with it. most of the time i just leave it down

i'd say layer it, unless you want to be daring and would want to get the back cut about a finger's width and spike it and part and straighten the front or something of the nature

put it in a high unfinished ponytail high on your head like a bun. you can also get extensions. the wax kind is pretty good. or when you dry your hair make it attatched to your face. you can also layer it and make the ends go outwards with a straightner. there are plenty of pictures online. have fun :)

Try curling out the end of your hair. When I was growing my hair out... and after I got my split ends cut off that is the way my stylist would do my hair and it looked really cute but not girlish... don't over curl them but just enough that it flips out.
